upword helps local service businesses get cited by AI tools like ChatGPT, Google AI Overview, and Perplexity. This app gives agencies a way to check on that work without leaving the conversation. Ask ChatGPT about any client. It pulls their citation data, recent content, incoming Reddit questions, and credit usage and gives you an actual read on how things are going. Not a data dump. Analysis you can act on. Read-only access to your full client roster.
