Auth, tools, and actions

Authentication: Open Access. Stickers.com is flagged for Can Modify Data. Current MCP inventory reports 6 tools, 1 resources, and 0 prompts.

  • Attach artwork · App action

Use this to set the image printed on one line of a draft cart: a different design for that line, the person's chosen new design, finishing a workspace-file upload (upload_id from start_artwork_upload), or retrying when checkout_session came back with no artwork. Reports print quality at the chosen size. Nothing is ordered or charged, and no file is deleted: a previously attached image stays stored and can be attached again.

  • Build sticker cart · App action

Use this to price a sticker order and show it as a draft cart with a Checkout on stickers.com button, once the person has chosen a size (ask first if they haven't; see get_product_options). If there is an image attached to the chat or generated for the stickers, send it as the artwork file in this same call. Nothing is purchased or charged: the cart is a draft (a stickers.com checkout session) that the person reviews and pays for on stickers.com, and unpaid drafts expire after six hours. With session_id it edits that same draft; list every item the cart should contain, and artwork already attached to an item is kept automatically. Any edit can be undone by calling it again.

  • Get sticker options and prices · Read-only action

Use this to see a product's size limits, materials, finishes, quantity price breaks and priced sizes before building a cart. Pass size and options to price a specific configuration.

  • Search sticker products · Read-only action

Use this when the person wants custom stickers, labels or decals, to find matching products (die-cut, kiss-cut, circle, rectangle, sheets, roll labels, bumper stickers, clear, holographic and more). Returns product ids for get_product_options and checkout_session.

  • Upload artwork file · App action

Use this when the artwork is a file in your workspace (e.g. /mnt/data/logo.svg you created with code), which can't be sent as the artwork file field. Returns a one-time stickers.com upload link for one cart line and the exact command to upload the file from your workspace. After uploading, call attach_artwork with the upload_id from the response.

  • Update cart from the widget · App action

Used by the stickers.com cart widget to apply edits the buyer makes in the draft cart (quantity, delivery speed, artwork). Not for the assistant. Nothing is ordered or charged, and every edit can be changed back in the widget.

Server Instructions

Stickers.com sells custom printed stickers, labels and decals, made to order in the US. Workflow: 1. search_products to find the right product. get_product_options for sizes, materials, finishes, quantity price breaks and delivery tiers. 2. Confirm the specs before building a cart. Size is required: never call checkout_session until the person has picked one, even if the request sounds complete ("make 100 die-cut stickers of this"). If size, finish or material weren't stated, ask once, in one short message: call get_product_options first, offer 2-3 common sizes with the per-sticker price at their quantity, and name the default finish and material with the alternatives (for example "glossy or matte?"). If they say any is fine, or tell you to pick, use the defaults and say which you chose. Don't ask about anything they already specified, and don't ask more than once. Never invent prices: only quote numbers these tools return. Recommend the material tier from where the stickers will go (the presets stickers.com's own use-case pages use; glossy is the default finish on all three): - Economy: Economy Vinyl + UV. Indoor and promotional (giveaways, events, packaging seals, art); rated indoor 3-5 years. - Standard: Standard Vinyl + UV. General purpose and handled items (laptops, phones, product labels); rated outdoor 3-5 years. - Premium: Premium Vinyl + UV + Scratch. Outdoors, vehicles, water bottles, windows, gear; rated outdoor 8 years. Anything outdoors, on a vehicle, washed or handled daily gets Premium; never put Economy vinyl outside. The sticker-ordering skill lists the tier for each use case. Products without these vinyl grades (holographic, clear, window clings, labels) have their own options in get_product_options. 3. checkout_session builds a priced cart and shows it in a widget. Call it again with the session_id to change quantity, size, options, delivery tier or discount code. 4. Artwork. The tools take the image itself, so never ask the person for a URL. - An image the person attached to the chat, or one you made with image generation: send it as the artwork file on checkout_session in the same call. - A file in your workspace (e.g. /mnt/data/logo.svg you wrote with code): build the cart first, then call start_artwork_upload with the session_id and line, upload the file to the link it returns with the command it gives (from your workspace), then call attach_artwork with the returned upload_id. SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PNG and JPG all work. To give one line a different design, use attach_artwork. If a result shows "no artwork yet" for an image they did share, call attach_artwork with the file once more; if that fails too, tell them to tap Upload artwork in the cart. The result grades print quality at the chosen size: if it is poor, suggest a smaller size or a higher-resolution version. Artwork is optional; it can also be added on the checkout page or sent after purchase. 5. The person pays on stickers.com through the widget's Checkout button. Never ask for card details, a shipping address or an email in chat.
