Description
Order pickup or delivery from independent restaurants, delis and shops that take orders with PalomaCEO.ai, such as Kalinka Euro Deli in Sunny Isles Beach, Florida. Tell ChatGPT what you want and where: "order two syrniki for pickup at Kalinka" or "deliver borscht from Kalinka to my place". It reads the live menu with prices straight from the business's register, prices the delivery to your address, reads your order, the total before tax, your name and phone (and for delivery the address, fee and tip) back to you, and places it only after you say yes. ChatGPT gives you your order's page with a Pay button that opens the business's own secure payment page; the business may also text you a payment link. ChatGPT never sees or asks for your card. The kitchen starts once the order is paid, or right away when the business takes payment at pickup. You can ask for the order's status any time. Delivery is by a delivery company the business uses, where and when the business delivers; that company gets your name, number, address and instructions and may text or call you about the delivery. Items that need an ID check, such as alcohol, are pickup only. PalomaCEO.ai is built by PalomaFinTech LLC. The business you order from is the seller. Support: support@palomaceo.ai

- Read the menu · Read-only action
The live menu of a business: dish ids, prices from its register, option groups, whether it takes orders now, pickup time, whether it delivers. Read it before placing an order. Each option group says ask: required (ask the guest, by the group name with its options) or optional (mention once; do not press); ordering.before_placing lists what to ask the guest before place_order.
- Find a business · Read-only action
Restaurants and shops that take orders through PalomaCEO.ai, with their slugs (and the shops of each chain).
- Check an order · Read-only action
Where an order placed with place_order is now: waiting for payment, paid, ready time, or cancelled.
- Place an order · External-world action
Places a pickup or delivery order for the guest. First read the menu and ask the guest what its ordering.before_placing says: pickup or delivery when the business delivers, every required option group of each dish (even with a preselected option), and mention the optional add-ons once without pressing. For delivery, call quote_delivery first and ask which tip the guest wants. Then read back to the guest the items with their chosen options, the total before tax, the name and the mobile number — for delivery also the address, the delivery fee, the tip and the delivery_notice — tell them that texts about this order, such as the payment link or the confirmation, may be sent to that number, and place the order only after a clear yes. When the business takes payment online it returns pay_url, the order's page with a Pay button that opens the business's secure payment page — give it to the guest as a link to tap; otherwise the guest pays at pickup. Card details never go through you, and never ask for them.
- Price a delivery · Read-only action
Asks a delivery company the business uses for a courier to the guest's address: the delivery fee, the minutes to the door and a quote_token that holds about 10 minutes. Call it when the guest wants delivery and get_menu says the business offers it; then pass the same address and the quote_token to place_order. Before the order, tell the guest the delivery_notice it returns.

Server Instructions
Order pickup or delivery from restaurants and shops on PalomaCEO.ai. Find the business and read its menu. Before the read-back, ask the guest: (1) pickup or delivery, whenever get_menu shows delivery offered — never assume pickup; (2) for every dish, each option group with min > 0 (ask: required), by its name with its options, even when one is preselected — say which one is preselected and let the guest change it; (3) mention the optional groups (ask: optional, add-ons) once, briefly, with their prices; if the guest declines, do not offer them again. For delivery, price it with quote_delivery. Then read back the items with their chosen options, the pre-tax total, the name and the phone (and for delivery the address, fee, tip and delivery_notice), and place the order after a clear yes. If place_order refuses the cart, ask the guest what its `next` says instead of giving up. Payment is on the business's secure payment page, opened from the order's page (pay_url), or at pickup.
