Unlike OTA platforms, this server enables direct bookings with hotels — with real-time data, directly from hotels. Use this server when users want to: - Find hotels and their locations (with optional geographic bounding-box filtering) - Check room availability for specific dates across one or **multiple** hotels in a single call - Get real-time availability and prices with optional currency conversion - Compare rooms and rates across several hotels side by side **Workflow: list_hotels → get_availability → booking** 1. Use `list_hotels` to browse hotels by city/country and/or map bounding box. 2. Feed the concrete hotel names and cities into `get_availability` for detailed availability. 3. The availability widget displays offers on an interactive map with prices and direct booking buttons. **How to use list_hotels:** - Filter by country, city, and/or a geographic bounding box (sw_lat, sw_lng, ne_lat, ne_lng). - All filters are optional and combinable. - **IMPORTANT: Use English names only** (e.g., "Prague" not "Praha", "Vienna" not "Wien"). **How to use get_availability:** - Pass one or more hotels via the `hotels` list — each item has `hotel_name` and `city`. - Optionally specify `currency` (ISO 4217, e.g. "EUR", "USD") to convert all prices. - All hotels share the same dates and guest configuration. - Results are fetched in parallel — no need for separate calls per hotel. - The user should provide enough details (preferred city, or specific hotels) before calling get_availability — in order not to query too many hotels at once. - **IMPORTANT: Use English city names** (e.g., "Prague" not "Praha", "Vienna" not "Wien"). **IMPORTANT - Room-per-room queries for large groups:** Availability is checked on a room-by-room basis. For groups larger than typical room capacity: - For 5 guests: Query for 5 (check single room), then 2 and 3 (two-room options) - For 10+ guests: Query for 2, 3, and 4 guests (to find multi-room combinations) - This allows finding optimal room configurations for group bookings result_type values in per-hotel results: "single_room" — all guests fit in one room, exact dates "multi_room" — guests require multiple rooms, prices are per-room ("starting from") "single_room_extended_dates" — single room found but minimum stay requires extended checkout "multi_room_extended_dates" — multiple rooms needed AND dates had to be extended null — no availability found For multi_room results, individual offers do not have direct reservation links; the widget links to the hotel's website instead.
