School Timetable Builder

Theis Wilbek

School Timetable Builder creates a complete weekly timetable for a primary or lower-secondary school: one timetable per class and one per teacher, including rooms. Nothing to install or learn: describe your school in the chat, in your own language. Claude interviews you one topic at a time and checks the data with the service in seconds, for example whether there are enough qualified teachers and enough time in the week. The engine then calculates the whole timetable, usually in 5-8 minutes. Every rule is a firm rule: the timetable meets all of them, or you get a plain explanation of what clashes, and you decide what to change. Rules the engine handles: - Teacher availability: block any day or lesson, e.g. "not after lesson 4 on Fridays" or "teaches at another school on Mondays" - Blocked lessons for a class or a whole grade - Teacher workload: lessons per week, part-time, teachers working across age groups - No gaps: planning time at school is placed in each teacher's timetable, and by default teachers' days have no empty gaps - Fixed teachers for a class and subject - Double lessons and min/max lessons per day for each subject - Shared special rooms with limited capacity (sports hall, music room, workshops) - Classes taught at the same time (e.g. language groups across a grade, PE in pairs) - 5 days, 1-12 lessons a day, any lesson length, grades 0-10 You get the timetable as files in the chat (e.g. a spreadsheet with one sheet per class and one per teacher), plus a "School data" file to change a detail and run it again later. Not included: student-choice course timetables (high-school style), whole-day events, and soft "if possible" preferences that are weighed against each other. Privacy: Claude replaces teacher names with codes (T01, T02, ...) before anything is sent. The service never receives the names of teachers, pupils or the school, and deletes all data within 24 hours. No account needed

FamyTree

FamyTree

FamyTree (famytree.net) is a Spanish-language family tree and family history website. This connector lets Claude help people who research their family history in a conversation, and lets anyone explore the families of well-known people documented on FamyTree. What you can do: - Save your family research. Tell Claude what you know about your family (names, dates, places, stories, documents) and ask it to save it in FamyTree. Claude prepares a private draft with your parents, grandparents, partners and children, their biographies and the sources of your research, and gives you a link to review it, correct it, add photos and save it into a free FamyTree account. - Explore famous families. Ask about the parents, grandparents, partners or children of celebrities and historical figures from FamyTree's featured trees, with dates, places and links to their family tree and biography pages. - Contribute to a biography. Claude helps you write a comment, a memory, a tribute or a birthday message for one of those people and returns a link that opens the publication form already filled in. Nothing is published by the connector itself: drafts and prepared posts are private, can only be opened through an unguessable link, and are saved or published only when you do it with your own FamyTree account. Unsaved drafts expire after 30 days. The connector never modifies or deletes existing data. No account is needed to connect. FamyTree's website and stored texts are in Spanish; Claude can talk to you in any language.

LucyESL

LucyESL

LucyESL is a job board for English teachers in South Korea. This connector lets Claude search the live board and read the figures LucyESL publishes about it. Tools - search and fetch: free-text search of live listings, and one listing as a plain-text document. - search_jobs: filter by region, student age, housing, visa, schedule, contract, setting, delivery, class format, specialty, direct hire and minimum monthly pay. - get_job: one listing as a structured record. - salary_stats: advertised pay, with the median, quartiles, pay by region and by employer type, and effective pay per teaching hour. - disclosure_stats: how many adverts state the pay, hours, severance, pension, insurance, airfare, vacation and split shifts. - market_stats: adverts by region, and direct hire against recruiters, each with its denominator. What a record holds: LucyESL's extracted facts (pay in KRW, hours, visas, housing, benefits, dates), with null wherever the advert did not state something. It never includes the advert's own text, a contact route or another board's address, and every record links to its page on lucyesl.com. Most listings are copied from other public job boards; they are marked as copied and are not verified by LucyESL. A listing posted by the employer is marked first-party, and verified_employer means LucyESL checked the employer's Korean business registration and contact. Order: listings posted on LucyESL by the employer come first, then copied ones, newest first in each. No position in these results is paid for. Read-only. No account and no authentication. The statistics are CC BY 4.0. Up to 600 requests an hour per address.

Bingo Card Maker

Zovo

Bingo Card Maker generates sets of different bingo cards from your own words, phrases, or numbers, with a caller to run the game. It is used by teachers for vocabulary review, by team leads for meeting and onboarding icebreakers, and by event organizers for holiday parties, baby showers, and book clubs. Give it a list of items, or choose classic 1-75 number bingo or UK-style 90-ball tickets, and it builds up to 200 cards that differ from each other. Items are spread evenly across the set, so each word appears on about the same number of cards. You can also ask that no two cards share the same winning line. What it produces: - Cards in 3x3, 4x4, or 5x5 with an optional labeled centre square, a title, and a theme color - A print-ready PDF in Letter or A4 with 1, 2, 4, or 6 cards per page and cut lines - A caller sheet with all items and a shuffled call order, and a CSV with one row per card - A big-screen caller: draw the next item at random, see the board, and check a claimed bingo by card number. It names the winning line, the call that completed it, and whether another card finished first. Each set has a set number printed on its cards. The same items and set number rebuild the same cards, which is how claims are checked without storing anything. Goal bingo makes one personal card of 24 goals (or fewer for 4x4 and 3x3) with a title and year, as a PNG, SVG, or PDF, and marks goals as done. Example: "Make 40 Meeting Bingo cards for our all-hands where no two cards share a winning line." Limitations: cards hold text and numbers, not pictures. Emoji and Chinese, Japanese, or Korean characters are left out of the PDF and image files; the preview and CSV keep them. Up to 200 cards and 300 items per set. The caller keeps no game state between calls, so the full list of calls is sent each time. For parties, classrooms, and meetings only: no prizes, stakes, or payments.

SpinPick Name Wheel

Zovo

SpinPick Name Wheel is a wheel spinner and random picker for classrooms, team meetings, workshops, and game nights. Give it a list of names or options and an animated wheel spins and lands on the winner chosen by the server. The server picks winners with a cryptographic random number generator and unbiased rejection sampling, so slots of equal size have equal odds. The wheel animation stops on the winner the server picked, and each entry's chance is shown. What you can do: - Spin a wheel of 2 to 200 names or options, with one or several winners per spin - Remove each winner after it is picked, so people are called one at a time - Give an entry a bigger slice by repeating it or setting a weight (repeats are matched ignoring case) - Edit entries, shuffle the wheel, remove the winner, and spin again from the card - Split a group into random teams by number of teams or team size, with sizes that differ by at most one, and optional rules to keep people apart or together - Pick random whole numbers in a range, with or without repeats Typical uses: choosing who presents next in a stand-up, calling on a student, splitting a workshop into breakout groups, or deciding where the team eats. Example: "Split Ana, Ben, Chloe, Dev, Eli, Fay, Gus, Hana, Ivan, Jo, Kai and Lea into 3 random teams of 4." Limitations: for classroom, team, and casual decisions. It is not for lotteries, gambling, betting, or raffles and prize draws with legal requirements, and the number picker is not for passwords or security codes. Spins are not stored, so results cannot be audited or replayed later. Teams are random and are not balanced by skill.
